What is a Podiatrist?
Podiatrists can help you to manage foot and lower leg conditions including wounds, pain, nail and skin conditions. They can also give advice regarding appropriate footwear and orthotics.

How can I arrange to see the Podiatrist?
Most people get a referral from their doctor (GP) but you are welcome to speak with our Intake Coordinator who will help arrange an appointment to see the Podiatrist.
How much does it cost?
Health Care Card Holders - $10.10 per visit
Medium to High Income - $15.50 per visit
Other payment options are available.
We are able to arrange podiatry services for those eligible for the Chronic Disease Management items and Department of Veterans Affairs under Medicare.
Make a booking
When we receive your referral our Intake Coordinator will contact you about booking an appointment. Alternatively you can contact the Primary Health department on (03) 5862 0560 or in person at the Primary Health Reception, 2 Katamatite Road, Numurkah. Our Intake Coordinator will then talk to you about your request.t.
