NDHS is seeking applicants for the position of Intake Coordinator, Primary Health.
To be eligible
Qualifications in health related discipline, with current registration with relevant regulation agency eg. Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as appropriate.
Demonstrated skills and experience to undertake intake and screening activities, including comprehensive health, cultural, social and emotional assessment to determine client needs, and to assist clients to access appropriate services.
Sound knowledge of service systems and understanding of a wide range of health services, particularly relating to primary health care.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people from a range of social and cultural backgrounds and other stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision, whilst remaining an integral part of a multidisciplinary health team.
Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to utilise computer software programs and Microsoft Office products
Current satisfactory police check on commencement (dated within last 6 months) and every three years after commencement as per NDHS Guideline Police Checks.
Current Working with Children Check.
Up to date immunisation.
