Current work at NDHS
Jenny is the Health Promotion Worker at NDHS. She works in a team of Health Promotion Workers from other services that are all part of a group called the Goulburn Valley Primary Care Partnership. Since 2012, this Health Promotion team has been focusing on healthy eating and social connection.
They work together with the community to change the environments that we spend our time in, like our school, workplace, sporting club or the local grocery store. Health Promotion is about making healthier food choices easier for people to make.

If you would like to get involved with healthy eating work in your local area, please contact Jenny Burrows.
Many groups and organisations across the Goulburn Valley have teamed up with a campaign called Act-Belong-Commit.
Act-Belong-Commit is a health promotion campaign that encourages people to take action to boost their own mental well being. It also helps local groups and organisations that run events or provide activities for the community get more people involved.
