What is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator
Credentialled Diabetes Educators are Allied Health professionals that have done more study to focus their work on helping people with diabetes. They work with people to better manage their health and everyday well being. They can also direct you to see other professionals in the health care team, like the optometrist (for healthy eyes) or the podiatrist (for healthy feet).

Who can see the Diabetes Educator?
Most bookings (referrals) come from the doctor (GP) but you are welcome to speak with our Intake Team who will help direct you to the service that best suits your needs.
How much does it cost?
Health Care Card Holders - $9.60 per visit
Other payment options are available.
