What is a Counsellor?
Counsellors are highly trained professionals that help people to explore everyday or complex challenges they may be facing. They also help people see things more clearly so that they can make changes to improve their emotional wellbeing.

When can you see the Counsellor?
You will need to make a booking to see a Counsellor. Appointments can be made Monday - Friday (except public holidays)

If you think you or someone you know could benefit from seeing the Counsellor, please contact the Primary Health department on (03) 5862 0560. Our Intake Team will then phone you to talk about your request.
How much does it cost?
Counselling is a free service.
