What is the program?
The Community Exercise Program brings people together to enjoy some light exercise in a social environment. The program helps people to make healthy lifestyle choices that will improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

When are the sessions on?
Tuesdays (except public holidays)
Who can use the program?
This program is for people who have a long-term health condition or who would benefit from social group activities. If you think this could be you, please contact the Primary Health department on (03) 5862 0560.
How much does it cost?
$4 per visit for Health Care Card Holders
$5 per visit for Medium to High Income
